摘要
Abstract
The contracting services with community doctors team under integrated medical treatment and nursing care system which focuses on the elderly and patients with chronic diseases was first launched on October 4,2014 in Hangzhou.It has made some achievements during two years of implementation but still has many problems in the same time.This paper analyses the demographics of the residents and distribution of diseases,and investigates contracted residents' experience of medical treatment to summarize and analyze the problems found in the system and discusses corresponding countermeasures.It is recommended that contracted doctors need to improve their service skills and qualities,and the dynamic and real-time integrated electronic health records should he made for each contracted resident using Internet + medical mode,thus contracted residents can obtain personal health management timely and effectively.关键词
