结直肠癌患者就诊延误现状及延误时间影响因素分析
Status of Pre-hospital Delay and Influencing Factors of Delay Time in Patients with Colorectal Cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the current situation of pre-hospital delay in patients with colorectal cancer and identify the influencing factors of delay time.Methods With convenient sampling,totally 385 patients with colorectal cancer from a cancer hospital in Guangzhou were recruited from January to June 2016.They were surveyed by the self-developed Demographic Questionnaire and Treatment Status Questionnaire.Results The delay time among the colorectal cancer patients was (4.6 +4.8) months.In particular,the duration of delaying treatment for 166 cases was more than 3 months,accounting for 43.1％ of the total.Multiple linear regression showed that the site of tumor,degree of education,frequency of physical examination,and occupation were the major influential factors for delay time (P ＜ 0.05).Not many participants (40.0％) had received physical examination;and colorectal cancer screening has not been a common item covered in most physical examinations.Conclusion Pre-hospital delay in colorectal cancer is relatively common,delay time is associated with the site of tumor,degree of education,frequency of physical examination and occupation.关键词
