经导管肝动脉灌注化疗栓塞术联合三维适形放疗治疗中晚期肝癌的临床疗效研究
Clinical Effect of TACE and Three-dimensional Conformal Radiotherapy in the Treatment of Advanced Liver Cancer

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of TACE combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy for advanced liver cancer,in order to provide a reference for clinical selection of appropriate treatment regimen for the disease.Methods One hundred consecutive patients with advanced liver cancer treated in Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University from 2009 to 2013 were enrolled and divided into the observation group (n =50) and control group (n =50) based on the random number table.The observation group received TACE combined with three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy,while the control group only received TACE.Clinical efficacy was evaluated at 4 weeks after treatment.The follow-up ended on April 20,2016.Termination is the death of the patient.The overall response rate,survival rate and incidence of toxic and side effects of the two groups were compared.Results The overall response rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05)..Survival curres of the two groups were compared,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05),2 -year survival rate and 3-year survival rate in observation group were higher than those in the control grouo (P ＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of toxic and side effects (P ＞ O.05).Conclusion TACE combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy is an effective treatment for advanced liver cancer patients,the medium-and long-term survival rates are enhanced significantly and the development of the disease is delayed.关键词
