青海地区乳腺癌患者B淋巴细胞瘤-2基因C(-938)A多态性与临床生物学指标关系研究
Relationship of B-Cell Lymphoma-2 Gene C (-938) A Polymorphism with Clinical and Biological Indicators in Breast Cancer Patients in Qinghai Area

Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship ofB-cell lymphoma-2 Gene C (-938) A [Bcl-2 (-938 C ＞ A)] polymorphism (AA,AC,CC genotypes) with clinical and biological indicators in patients with breast cancer (BC) in Qinghai area.Methods Sixty-five patients with breast cancer who received surgical treatment in Breast and Thyroid Surgery of Qinghai University Affiliated Hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 and met the study inclusion criteria were selected as the subjects.Bcl-2 (-938 C ＞ A) polymorphism (AA,AC,CC genotypes) in BC tissues collected during the surgery were detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) method.The clinical and biological indicators,including pathological type,tumor diameter,clinical stage,histological grade,the number of metastatic axillary lymph nodes,ER level,PR level,HER2 level and molecular typing were collected.The relationship of Bcl-2 (-938 C ＞ A) polymorphism with clinical and biological indicators was analyzed by x2 test for contingency coefficients.Results Among the subjects,AA,AC and CC genotypes were found in 6,30 and 29 cases,respectively.Since the number of patients with AA genotype was too small to be analyzed independently,they were merged with those with CC genotype for analyzing.Bcl-2 (-938 C ＞ A) polymorphism was not related with pathological type,tumor diameter,clinical stage,histological grade,the number of metastatic axillary lymph nodes,ER level,PR level,HER2 level and molecular typing (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Bcl-2 (-938 C ＞ A) polymorphism is not significantly associated with clinical and biological indicators (pathological type,tumor diameter,clinical stage,histological grade,the number of metastatic axillary lymph nodes,ER level,PR level,HER2 level and molecular typing) in BC patients in Qinghai area.关键词
