摘要
Abstract
A 28-year-old woman with gestational diabetes was found with nephrotic syndrome,hypertension and renal failure.Moreover,she was identified with impaired glucose tolerance by laboratory examination,glomerular nodular lesions and formation of K-W nodules by renal biopsy.Based on the above,she was finally diagnosed as diabetic nephropathy.关键词
