国内外养老机构分级护理现状及我国的构建思路

Abstract
Global aging has been an irreversible trend. As nursing institutions play an important role in delivering care for the elderly,whether they can objectively assess the conditions,self - care ability and needs of the elderly,and scientifically classify the care for the elderly are of great significance. In view of the classified care status in domestic nursing institutions (DNI),we concluded that the care classification system carried out in these institutions is not perfect and needs to be improved. Furthermore,based on the review of the classified care delivered in abroad nursing institutions,we put forward targeted conceptions for solving the problems in classified care delivered in DNI with health management as the theoretical guidance,in order to provide a reference for the development of classified care system for DNI.关键词
