Abstract
Objective To systematically assess the published articles about hospice care provided by community health service centers (CHSCs)in China. Methods From August 3 to August 52016,we searched the articles about hospice care published between 1980 and 2016 collected by CNKI database,and those published between 1980 and 2016 collected by WanFang:Data Knowledge Service Platform and those published between 1989 and 2016 collected by VIP database,respectively via using combination of key words in Chinese,including " community" " hospice care" " general practice" . All the data were input into Excel spreadsheets and analyzed by bibliometric method. Results Totaled 181 articles were finally included. The number of these articles published from 2000 to 2016 presented an increasing trend. The first authors of these articles are from 24 provinces/ autonomous regions/ municipalities directly under the Central Government. The proportion of articles attributed to first authors from Shanghai,Guangdong,Jiangsu,Beijing,Zhejiang was 35. 9%,12. 1%,8. 8%,7. 2%,6. 1%,respectively, whereas that of articles attributed to those from each of the 8 provinces/ autonomous regions (Yunnan,Xinjiang,Qinghai, Ningxia,Hebei,Gansu,Fujian,Anhui)was only 0. 6% . Totally 82 journals were included,in particular,12. 7% of the articles were published in Chinese General Practice,6. 1% in Shanghai Medical & Pharmaceutical Journal,6. 1% in Medical Information. For included articles published from 2000 to 2016,the types of them are theoretical research (11. 0%),literature review (13. 3%),clinical observation (23. 2%),survey report (25. 4%),and summary of experience (27. 1%);the participants involved consist of general practitioners (5. 5%),community nurses (7. 7%),family members of hospice patients and residents in the community (12. 1%),hospice patients in the community (18. 3%),theories/ models/ researches of hospice care (22. 7%),patients with malignancies (33. 7%);the topics of them are about hospice care - related knowledge of primary healthcare providers (4. 4%),present status of hospice care carried out in communities (7. 2%),theories of hospice care (12. 1%),hospice care delivery models (13. 3%),demands and feasibility of hospice care (16. 0%),application of hospice care in CHSCs (47. 0%). Conclusion There is a small quantity of published articles about hospice care delivered by CHSCs in China. However,we can find an increasing trend in recent years. The first authors are from different provinces, moreover,the types,participants,and topics of the articles are differed significantly by publication period.关键词
