我国老年人高血压管理情况的社会影响因素分析
Social Determinants for the Management of Hypertension in China′s Elderly People
摘要
Abstract
Objective To identify the social determinants for the management of hypertension in China′s elderly people. Methods The data were from China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study conducted in 2013. This study included the data of 6904 recipients of follow - up aged 60 and above who had the missing items such as demographic information,medical insurance,family structure and social activities. Unconditional Logistic regression model was used for analyzing the effect of medical insurance,social activities and family structure on the management of hypertension in these elderly people. Results In the 6904 individuals included,46. 60％ (3217 / 6904)had hypertension. The rate of awareness and treatment of hypertension were 69. 38％ (2232 / 3217)and 61. 58％ (1981 / 3217),respectively. The rate of receiving treatment in those with awareness of hypertension was 88. 75％ (1981 / 2232). Logistic regression analysis showed that age,gender,insurance type,allopatry insurance,family structure,social activities,physical examination in the past two years and residence were influencing factors for elderly people with awareness of hypertension (P < 0. 05);age,gender,insurance type,allopatry insurance,family structure and residence were influencing factors for elderly people with hypertension receiving treatment (P < 0. 05);gender, insurance type and residence influenced the treatment of those with awareness of hypertension (P < 0. 05). Conclusion Medical insurance,family structure and social activities would affect the management of hypertension in elderly people. Therefore, as one of the essential public health services,management of hypertension should cooperate with and take advantage of family and community,so as to achieve a better management outcome by integrated health intervention of social,psychological and physiology.关键词
