留置针刀治疗气虚湿阻型和瘀血留滞型膝关节滑囊炎的临床疗效对比研究
Treatment of Qi - deficiency Due to Damp Retention Type and Blood Stagnation Type Gonarthromeningitis with Indwelling Needle-knife:A Clinical Comparative Study

Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effect of indwelling needle - knife in the treatment of qi - deficiency due to damp retention type versus blood stagnation type gonarthromeningitis. Methods The enrolled participants were 68 cases of qi - deficiency due to damp retention type gonarthromeningitis (qi - deficiency group)and 59 cases of blood stagnation type gonarthromeningitis (blood stagnation group)diagnosed and treated in Beijing Chaoyang Hospital of TCM from 2015 to 2017. Both groups received treatment with indwelling needle - knife supplemented by semiconductor laser therapy and red light therapy. TCM symptom complex scores were measured before treatment and after 3 weeks of treatment. The improvements in TCM syndromes and conditions of tongue and pulse were assessed after 3 weeks of treatment. Results Both groups demonstrated similar TCM symptom complex scores before treatment as well as after 3 weeks of treatment (P > 0. 05). The improvements in TCM symptoms in the qi- deficiency group were not significantly different from those of the blood stagnation group (P > 0. 05). The improvements in conditions of tongue and pulse in qi - deficiency group were found to be similar to those in the blood stagnation group (P >0. 05). Conclusion The treatment with indwelling needle - knife produces similar effects on qi - deficiency due to damp retention type and blood stagnation type gonarthromeningitis. Therefore,it seems that there is no need to consider syndrome differentiation when use this therapy to treat the two types of gonarthromeningitis.关键词
