摘要
Abstract
Multiple myeloma (MM)is a common malignant plasma cell disease,which is characterized by malignant proliferating and infiltrating of monoclonal plasma cells in the bone marrow and often accompanied by secretion of a larger number of monoclonal immunoglobulins/ monoclonal immunoglobulin light chains in blood/ urine. MM can be complicated with amyloidosis associated with amyloid depositing in important tissues and organs,which is rare,and most likely the patient will have a poor prognosis. We reported one case of MM complicated with cardiac and renal amyloidosis,and reviewed the related literature,in order to improve the awareness level for the disease,remind clinicians that a patient may have amyloidosis or MM with amyloidosis if he has a disease with multiple organ involvement,by which timely diagnosis and treatment can be performed and the prognosis can be improved.关键词
