神经痛性肌萎缩一例报道并文献复习
Neuralgic Amyotrophy:Report of One Case and Literature Review
摘要
Abstract
Neuralgic amyotrophy (NA)is a rare disease. Due to low incidence,atypical clinical symptoms and signs and insufficient knowledge about NA in clinicians,it is often misdiagnosed as shoulder periarthritis or other traumatic diseases of the nervous system,or missed diagnosis,which results in missing timely treatment,and subsequently influencing the treatment effect and prognosis. We reported our clinical diagnosis and treatment of a case of NA who had been misdiagnosed repeatedly previously,and the review of related literature,in order to improve the clinicians' knowledge about the clinical symptoms and signs of NA,by which the probabilities of misdiagnosis of this disease can be reduced.关键词
