重庆地区汉族人群KIR基因多态性研究
The KIR gene diversity in Chongqing Han blood donors
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the diversity of killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptor (KIR) genes and genotypes in Chongqing Han blood donors.Methods A total of 316 Chongqing Han volunteer blood donors were selected and geno typed by Multiplex PCR-SSP.The haplotypes and genotypes were designated according the Allele Frequency Net Database (AFND).x2 tests were performed by KFsoftware 1.61.Results Among Chongqing Han blood donors,KIR 3DL2、3DL3 were found in all samples,genes 3DL2、3DL3;2DL4、2DL1、3DP1、2DP1、2DL3、3DL1 present high frequencies at 94.1％ 、92.0％、92.0％ 、90.3％ 、87.4％ and 76.8％ respectively,gene frequencies of 2DL5、2DS1、3DS1、2DS5、2DL2、2DS2 and 2DS3 were less than 30.0％.A total of 24 KIR genotypes were identified,in which the genotypes named ID1 (54.4％),ID2 (15.2％) and ID8 (6.3％) were predominant,one genotype couldn't assign ID according AFND.The carrier frequencies of 8 KIR genes in Chongqing Han blood donors were different from that of South African San and Caucasian,5 were different from Urumqi uygur,only 1 was different from Lasa Tibetan,no difference was observed between China South Han and South Korea populations in all 17 KIR genes.Conclusion Chongqing Han blood donors show close characteristics with China South Han populations in KIR genes diversity.关键词
