云南楚雄地区彝族献血人群KIR基因多态性研究
KIR genes diversity in Yi blood donors of Chuxiong
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the diversity of killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptor genes and genotypes in Yun nan chuxiong Yi blood donors.Methods A total of 157 individuals were selected from Yi volunteer blood donors in Yunnan chuxiong,and genotyped by Multiplex PCR-SSP.The genotypes and haplotypes were designated according http:// www.allelefrequencies.net/.Results Among the Yi population,framework genes 3DL2,3DL3,2DL4 and 3DP1 were found in all samples,genes 2DPI,2DL1,2DL3,3DL1 and 2DS4 were with high frequencies (0.920 2,0.920 2,0.861 8,0.774 3 and 0.760 6,respectively),genes KIR 2DS3,2DS2,2DL2,2DS5,3DS1,2DS 1 and 2DL5 were with low frequencies (0.097 1,0.1404,0.144 1,0.182 2,0.226 2,0.226 2 and 0.277 3,respectively).A total of 19 KIR genotypes were identified,in which the genotypes named ID1 (47.13％) and ID2 (16.56％) are predominant.Conclusion Yunnan chuxiong Yi population have the same feature as southern Han populations on KIR gene diversity,part of the genes frequencies significantly different from South Korea、South Africa,Urumqi uygur and Caucasian population.关键词
