Rh系统血型抗体联合抗-Wra的鉴定2例及其临床意义研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the method of identification of anti-Wra antibody and the clinical significance of the antibody.Methods Two patients with positive antibody screening were identified with two batches of makropanel.Results The patients of She has IgG anti-c and anti-Wra antibody in vivo,Rh for the classification:CCDee;and the patients of Guo has IgG antibodies of anti-E and anti-Wra,Rh for the classification:CCDee.Conclusion Two patients plasma have IgG an tibodies of Rh system blood group antibody combined with anti-Wra,choosing the RBC's blood donor who have the same Rh type with patients and have the compatability crossmatch results of anti-human globulin test to transfuse,and the 2 patients no adverse transfusion reactions occur.关键词
