摘要
Abstract
Objective To identify the cause for ABO typing discrepancy by auto-anti-A.Methods Tube method was applied in blood group serologic test.The exons 6 and 7 of ABO gene were analyzed by sequence analysis.Results Antigen A was identified on red blood cell and anti-A was detected in plasma.Auto-anti-A was determined by auto-absorption and elution.The sequence analysis identified the genotypes as A102/A102.Conclusion ABO blood group inconsistency was caused by auto-anti-A.The three-step analysis could be used to determine the cause of ABO inconsistency.关键词
