摘要
Abstract
Total 7 Klebsiellapneumoniae isolated strains were identified by morphological characteristics,biochemical test and 16S rDNAsequencing,and named Kpl to Kp7.Animal pathogenicity test showed that all the isolated strains had strong pathogenicity to mice.The results of antimicrobial susceptibility test showed that the resistance phenotypes of isolated strains were different,and the isolated strains were highly susceptible to doxycycline,spectinomycin and amikacin.The integrin detection of the isolated strains showed that the qacE △ 1-sull,Int I and gene cassette were only detected in Kpl.This study provided a scientific basis for the selection of reasonable antimicrobial agents against diseases caused by K.pneumoniae,and laid a foundation for further study of its drug resistance mechanism.关键词
