摘要
Abstract
The deep inferior epigastric perforator flap (DIEP)is a perforator flap supplied by deep inferior epigastric artery.This flap contains only cutaneous and subcutaneous tissue without damaging the integrity of rectus abdominis and the sheath.Thus,compared with transverse rectus abdominis muscle flap,the DIEP can overcome the shortage of bulky tissue volume and reduce donor site complications.So it has become more and more popular clinically.For the advantages of providing large volume tissue,reliable blood supply and minor complications,the DIEP has been widely used for reconstruction of oral and maxillofacial defect.It is now a reliable choice for oral and maxillofacial reconstruction,especially for extensive defects.关键词
