摘要
Abstract
Submental artery island flap which has been discovered for more than 20 years is widely used in plastic and reconstruction field.However,there is a worry about the lymph node metastasis from tumor surgeons.The submental artery perforator flap which was discovered in these years not only has the advantage of submental artery island flap,but also avoid the lymph node metastasis risk.This article reviewed the history of submental artery island flap and perforator flap and introduced the anatomy,the operation technique and clinic application,aiming to help expand the awareness and application of this flap.关键词
