西地碘含片联合透明质酸凝胶辅助治疗中、重度慢性牙周炎临床疗效观察
Clinical analysis of hyaluronic acid gel and Cydiodine in periodental initial therapy for moderate and severe chronic periodontitis

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects of hyaluronic acid gel and Cydiodine in periodental initial therapy for moderate and severe chronic periodontitis.Methods A total of 60 patients with clinical diagnosis of medium and severe chronic periodontitis treated in Stomatology Hospital of China Medical University for Jan.to Dec.of 2015 were randomly divided into 2 groups.The combination group was given GENGIGEL~ hyaluronic acid gel and Cydiodine,and the control group was given 1％ iodine glycerin respectively after initial treatment every time.The bleeding index,probing depth,attachment loss and tooth mobility were checked and recorded before treatment and after treatment at 1,3 and 6 months.Results Bleeding index,probing depth,attachment loss and tooth mobility in all patients were improved after treatment.The difference in probing depth,attachment loss and tooth mobility after 3 and 6 months of treatment,compared with 1 month after treatment,was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in bleeding index (P ＞ 0.05).The difference in bleeding index,probing depth,attachment loss and tooth mobility in control group after 3 and 6 months of treatment,compared with 1 month after treatment,was not statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Periodontal initial treatment is excellent for moderate and severe chronic periodontitis.GENGIGEL(R) and Cydiodine are safe and effective local treatment for chronic periodontitis.关键词
