摘要

Abstract

To begin with,an excellent teacher is a professional one,whose level of specialization largely depends on pre-class instructional design.Based on the analysis of connotation of excellent teacher training,this paper discusses why pre-service excellent teacher training should focus on cultivating the ability of instructional design,and then puts forward the following strategic suggestions:making innovations in curriculum design and implementation as well as educational evaluation by centering on the core content of knowledge and technology of instructional design.
