虚拟3D肺脏模型在胸外科规培住院医师临床教学中的应用

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of the virtual three-dimensional (3D) lung model applied in thoracic surgery clinical teaching for standardization training residents.Methods The virtual 3D lung model was reconstructed using Mimics 19.0 software based on 64-layer detector spiral CT imaging data of patients.Then by means of theory and operation exams as well as questionnaire,we compared the virtual 3D lung model teaching method with the traditional teaching method used in lung anatomy clinical teaching for the hospital's standardization training residents.Results The virtual 3D lung model teaching group significantly outperformed the traditional teaching group in lung fine structure test score and teaching effect evaluation score (P < 0.05).Conclusion Using the virtual 3D lung model in thoracic surgery clinical teaching can help the residents understand the complicated 3D anatomy of the lung,increase their interest in learning and achieve good teaching results.关键词
