脉搏波成像技术检测大鼠腹主动脉脉搏波传导速度的一致性与重复性研究
A study on the consistency and repeatability of pulse wave imaging technique in the measurement of pulse wave velocity for abdominal artery of rat

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the consistency and repeatability of pulse wave imaging technique in the measurement of pulse wave velocity for abdominal artery of rat.Methods:20 rats were randomly selected as objects. And the pulse wave imaging technique was applied by two researchers to measure the pulse wave velocity of abdominal artery of rat, and then to obtain the data of PWVsf and PWVdn. The Bland-Altman scatter diagram was applied to evaluate the measurement consistency between two researchers, and the interclass correlation coefficient (ICC) was applied to evaluate the measurement repeatability of each researcher.Results: Bland-Altman scatter diagram shown 95%(19/20) points of PWVsf and PWVdn of two researchers fell within the limits of 95% consistency, respectively. And the ICCs of PWVsf and PWVdn of each researcher for the same rat were higher than 0.75.Conclusion: Pulse wave imaging technique has better consistency and repeatability in evaluating abdominal artery elasticity of rat, and it has the potential to become an important tool in the animal experiment research that evaluates artery elasticity by using noninvasive technique.关键词
