摘要
Abstract
Objective:To develop a new typical special tool for the maintenance of oxygen terminal so as to improve the maintenance efficiency of engineer for the oxygen terminal.Methods: The disassembly tool was applied to match with plug component of oxygen terminal. After the plug component was taken out, the seal ring was changed. It has some advantages included of easy and convenient operation and quick dismantling.Results: After the new maintenance tool of oxygen terminal was applied, the maintenance operation could was completed only one person within 2 minutes. It tremendously shortened maintenance time that compared with previous maintenance which need two persons cost more than 30 minutes.Conclusion: The application of new special tool of maintenance of oxygen terminal will greatly improve the maintenance operation of oxygen terminal, tremendously enhance the efficiency of maintenance.关键词
