Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application value of vacuum-sealing drainage(VSD) in the treatment of necrotizing fasciitis(NF).Methods:15 patients with acute NF were divided into observation group(n=10 cases) and control group(n=5 cases). The patients of observation group underwent the treatment of VSD while the patients of control group underwent the treatment of routine method. The curative effects of the two group were compared, and SF-36 scale of life quality were applied to evaluate the scores of two groups in 8 aspects, and then the clinical value of VSD was analyzed as above results.Results: After a skin grafting, the proportion of wound healing of observation group(100%) was significantly higher than that of control group(60%)(x2=4.615,P<0.05). The average healing time of observation group(16.53 d±9.25) was significantly lower than that of control group(26.35 d±7.16)(t=32.637,P<0.05). In the SF-36 scale, the scores of PF, RP, BP, GH, VT and MH of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group(t=3.74,t=3.07, t=2.62,t=4.98,t=3.55,t=2.57,P<0.05), respectively. While the differences of SF and RE between the two groups were no statistical significance (t=0.77,t=0.68,P>0.05), respectively.Conclusion: The VSD technique is applied to treat NF has series of advantages included of promoting the growth of granulation tissue and the healing of wound, and reducing wound infection, and shortening the course of disease, etc. Therefore, it has significant curative effect, and can enhance the life quality of patient.关键词
