Abstract
The properties of hypereutectic Al-20Si alloy were researched, the different mass fraction Ni was added in alloy by compound modification and T6 heat treatment, the microstructure of the alloy was observed by metallographic microscope, and the strength and hardness of alloy was tested. Dry friction and wear test was used to research the effect of the microstructure change of the alloy on the mechanical properties and friction and wear properties. The results show that with the increase of Ni element in alloy, the morphology of primary silicon was blunt and smaller, and the eutectic silicon was granular; the strength and hardness of the alloy was increased, the friction force and friction coefficient was decreased, and the wear resistance of the alloy was increased; the friction and wear mechanism of alloy transform abrasive wear and adhesive wear to abrasive wear and oxidative wear.关键词
