新疆春小麦品种(系)农艺性状的主成分和聚类分析OA
Principal Component Analysis and Cluster Analysis of the Agronomic Traits of Spring Wheat Varieties(Lines) in Xinjiang
[目的]对新疆春小麦品种(系)农艺性状进行主成分分析和聚类分析.[方法]以30个新疆自育的春小麦品种(系)为参试品种(系),采用主成分分析和聚类分析法分析各品种(系)的农艺性状.[结果]生育期、最高总茎数、收获穗数和成穗率4个农艺性状是影响新疆春小麦产量的主要因子;在遗传距离8.37水平上将30份品种(系)分为4类.[结论]当春小麦品种(系)生育期较短,最高总茎数适中,收获穗数和成穗率较高时,较易获得高产.
[Objective] Cluster analysis and principal component analysis were performed for the agronomic traits of spring wheat varieties (lines) in Xinjiang.[Method] 30 spring wheat varieties(lines) were selected,the characters were analyzed by principal component analysis and cluster analysis.[Result] 4 agronomic traits (growth period,the highest total stem number,the number of spike and the rate of spike)were the main factors affecting the yield of spring wheat.30 …查看全部>>
