Abstract
Taking the proposed sifangjing reservoir as an example,mainly from the reservoir construction and flooding,dam barrier,upstream and downstream river runoff changes,etc.,the major impact on terrestrial plant and animal,aquatic organisms and fish resource were analyzed in the course of the construction and operation.According to the layout of the project,regional characteristic and landscape demand,suitable technical and economic protection for animal and plant are proposed about important protection plant and animal,famous trees,fish resource,ecological flow and so on.The adverse ecological environment was reduced,and the economic efficiency,ecological benefits and social benefits development coordinately.关键词
