带穗玉米秸秆青贮过程中pH和营养物质的变化规律
Variation of pH and Nutrient of Corn Stalk with Spike in the Process of Silage
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] Variation of pH and nutrient of corn stalk with spike was explored with silage time.[Method] Selecting corn stalk with spike with growth period of 89 days as test material,they were sealed in plastics drum.Variation of pH and main nutrient was analyzed with silage time during 0-63 days.[Result] pH of corn stalk with spike showed a decreasing trend from first day to third day.In the process of silage,pH decreased from 6.24 to 3.68,reduced by 41.03% (P < 0.05);Dry matter decreased by 24.60% (P < 0.05);Crude protein increased by 3.35% (P > 0.05);Content of crude ash,crude fiber and neutral detergent fiber improved lightly (P > 0.05);Content of Ca,total P,and acid detergent fiber was close to that of raw material.[Conclusion] In the process of silage,pH of corn stalk with spike decreased obviously;Crude protein increased;Compared with corn stalk silage removed spike,content of crude protein of corn stalk with spike rose,crude fiber reduced.Silage time of corn stalk with spike can be shorened to 50 days from 60 days according to variation of chemicals.关键词
