木薯主栽品种高效再生体系的建立与优化
Establishment and Optimization of Efficient Regeneration System for Cassava Cultivars

Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to obtain more high-quality research materials by constructed regeneration system of cassava cultivars. [ Method] According to the cell totipotency, with young leaves and axillary buds as materials, we optimized the medium composition, induced the somatic embryogenesis and differentiation, as well as organ development, and cultivated regeneration lines. [ Result] The regeneration a-bilities for four cultivars were in the order of GR3, SC205, GR9891, GR911;the axillary buds were better than young leaves to induce somatic embryonic callus;IBA had much better effect to induce the formation of cassava somatic embryo than 6-BA, and they showed synergistic effect;The combination of IBA and NAA had better effect to induce the rooting of adventitious buds than using only one. [ Conclusion] Efficient re-generation systems for four main cassava cultivars (SC205, GR891, GR911 and GR3) were established, which provided technical basis for protection and innovation of cassava germplasm.关键词
