Study on Various Chromosomal Aberration from Vicia faba Root Tip Cells Induced by Pb2+
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To study the effects of Pb2+ on the different chromosomal aberrations of Vicia faba root tip cells. [ Method] Vicia faba seeds were cultured with PbCl2 solutions at different concentration, and distilled water treatment as control. The root tips were fixed, dyed and squashed for microscopic examination. [Result] When seeds were treated with 1. 0 × 10 -4 -5. 0 × 10 -4 mol/L Pb2+ when culturing 4 -7 days,the chromosomal aberrations of Vicia faba were higher than the control group. The chromosomal aberrations increased successively with in-creasing Pb2+ concentration. [ Conclusion] The influence degree of Pb2+ on chromosomal aberrations of Vicia faba root tip cells is related to Pb2+ concentration and treating time.关键词
