3种棕榈科植物挥发物成分分析
Constituent Analysis of Volatile Organic Compounds in Three Palmae
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To study the constituents of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in Palmae. [Method] VOCs from Phoenix canariensis Chabaud, Washingtonia filifera( Lind. ) H. Wendl and Phoenix roebeleniiO' Brien were collected by using the dynamic headspace air-circula-tion method. Then, the main VOCs compounds were identified with system gas chromatography-mass spectrum(GC-MS). [Result]VOCs in 3 kinds of Palmae plants contained terpenes, alcohols, alkanes, esters, phenols, quinones and aldehydes, in which the most abundant com-pounds were terpenes, alcohols,etc. . [Conclusion]3 kinds of Palmae plants all contain the key components that attracting Brontispa longissi-ma ( Gestro) . The result provided a theoretical basis for integrated pest management on Palmae.关键词
