摘要

Abstract

By using acidified carbon nanotubes doped with polyaniline as gas sensitive material of the sensor. The prepared gas sensitive material is coated with the inductance capacitance coupled circuit which is prepared by screen printing technology,fabricating LC resonant passive gas sensor. In the NH3atmosphere,we can test the pre-pared gas sensor so as to achieve the non-contact measurement in a closed environment.Via focusing on the analysis on the influence of the concentration of NH3gas to the resonant frequency of the sensor and the response recovery time at room temperature,the results show that the sensitivity of the sensor is 4.499 MHz at 300×10-6.
