Abstract
Topology Control is a key strategy to extend the lifetime of wireless sensor networks. In the light of the complication in the heterogeneous network,a distributed multiple source fault-tolerant topology control algorithm MSFT based on power control is proposed.In the heterogeneous network model which is composed of a large number of sensor nodes with limited energy and computing capability,and several actors with unlimited energy resources,the algorithm ensure each sensor has at least k-vertex disjoint paths to actors and choose node with better weight to min-imal the total path power consumption. The resulting topologies can keep network connectivity even in case of the k-1 node failures. Theoretical analysis show MSFT is able to construct the topology with time and message complexi-ty of O(n)and simulation results confirm the effectiveness of the algorithm further.关键词
