Abstract
The government subsidy is an important way in the investment and financing system reform of Chinese railway. The high speed rail ticket rate optimization was studied in this condition. Based on the analysis on the impact of the increasing cost and the opportunity income toward the ticket price, the cost pricing model and the time pricing model were developed respectively. The cost fare was used to restrain the optimal ticket, and the customer surplus was calculated according to the time value fare. Considering the cost plus government subsidy method and incentive government subsidy method, the optimal fare model was set up, which includes the general profit of the high speed railway enterprise and the utility of passengers. The numerical example shows that, compared to the cost plus government subsidy method, the incentive government subsidy performs better in the market competition.关键词
