摘要

Abstract

35CrMo steel,a common medium-carbon low-alloy steel,has a larger tendency of cooling crack and a probability of performance deterioration in HAZ because of high carbon equivalent.In this paper,we compared microstructures and distribution of hardness between two welded joints which had been preheating from two different temperatures.It was found that a small increase of preheating temperature could increase the strength of weld zone and heat affected zone slightly,and no abnormal microstructure was found in all joints,and the softening of incomplete normalizing zone was completely avoided.
