预热温度对35CrMo调质钢超窄间隙MAG焊接头性能的影响
Effect of preheating temperature on the performance of 35CrMo tempered and quenched steel welded joint by UNG-MAG
摘要
Abstract
35CrMo steel,a common medium-carbon low-alloy steel,has a larger tendency of cooling crack and a probability of performance deterioration in HAZ because of high carbon equivalent.In this paper,we compared microstructures and distribution of hardness between two welded joints which had been preheating from two different temperatures.It was found that a small increase of preheating temperature could increase the strength of weld zone and heat affected zone slightly,and no abnormal microstructure was found in all joints,and the softening of incomplete normalizing zone was completely avoided.关键词
