Abstract
In the process of welding simulation,it was difficult to convert data among different software,and also needed to set a single load case for each welding seam,which made the finite element pre-processing complicated and low efficiency.The PRO/E,Hyper Mesh and MSC Marc software were synthetically applied in the whole process of MAG welding from geometric modeling,meshing,model setting,calculating and analyzing to result processing based on their respective characteristic and secondary development function,and achieved data exchange between different software.Examples of butt plates welding showed that the simulation of welding process through software integration made full use of the advantages of the existing software,decreased the workload of CAE pretreatment,and improved the efficiency of analysis.关键词
