摘要

Abstract

The AP1000 main pipe is the only ASME code class Ⅰ component without introducing overseas technologies,and its whole is forged and bent domestically.Due to huge manufacture difficulty and lack of experience,the main pipe in Haiyang project is not in good shape,especially the large deviation between the wall thickness and inside diameter of the cold leg brings more difficulty to groove preparation.The laser tracking measurement and 3D modeling technology are used to research the groove preparation in the installation of main pipe,and the processing methods including advanced decentration machining and inclined plane machining are adopted to control the quality risk in the process,and the results exceed the expectation of design modification,which provides useful references for groove preparation of the main pipe in follow-up projects.
