摘要
Abstract
The aluminosilicate zeolite SAPO-34 with CHA topology was synthetized by hydrothermal synthesis method using aluminum isopropoxide as aluminum source ,phosphoric acid as phosphorus source ,TEOS as silicon source and triethylamine as the template.The effects of reaction conditions such as the metal kinds and contents on zeolite crystal synthesis and crystal morphology were studied. The synthesized zeolite was characterized by XRD ,SEM and TG-DTA methods.The results showed that doping Co was benefit to the generation of SAPO-34 ,which could improve the crystallinity and decrease the crystal size. The amount of Co-doped could affect the morphology.Doping a small amount of metal Ti is beneficial to the formation of target products.关键词
