摘要

Abstract

It is necessary to balance the wind power intermittent and generate the corresponding cost in the system dispatch.How to evaluate balancing cost is a complicated and important problem,especially for large-scale wind power integration.A balancing cost calculation method is proposed based on unit commitment optimization and load following transform of wind power output.The model and algorithm are presented,and the economic principle of load-following transform is analyzed.Based on an actual power system,the method is simulated and different wind power integration levels and balancing costs are compared and analyzed.
