摘要

Abstract

In order to accurately evaluate the efficiency of a distribution automation system (DAS) and improve its planning level,the reliability of complex DAS is analyzed.And the reliability calculation model of the complex distribution system with fault location time is developed.In light of the multi directional tree structure of the feeder,the fault processing logic under different terminal configurations is examined.The power customer outage time in the area and the system outage time are calculated,while the impact of scheduled maintenance is taken into account.Given the reliability,the "maximum specific benefit increment" method is proposed to solve the problem of hybrid optimization of switch and secondary equipment.By using two optimization objectives,the selection,quantity and installation of switch and secondary automation equipment on the overhead and cable lines are perfected to provide a reference to the DAS planning.
