Efficiency Optimization Design for Induction Motor Driving System Based on Offline Strategy
摘要
Abstract
The traditional methods to provide the efficiency of the induction motor driving system are mainly concentrated on the component level,such as the efficiency optimization of the motor,and it is difficult to ensure the overall efficiency. Aiming at this problem,an efficiency optimization design scheme for induction motor driving system was presented based on offline strategy. Firstly,the loss model of each element of the driving system was analyzed,and the system-level composite loss model considering the loss of motor,DC link loss and the converter loss was established. Based on the composite loss model and off-line solution,the optimal control could be obtained online quickly. Finally,the effect of the system efficiency optimization scheme was analyzed by comparative tests. The experimental results show that the efficiency of system can be improved with the new scheme ,so the effectiveness of the proposed scheme is verified.关键词
