基于降阶观测器的永磁直流电机低速控制
Low Speed Control of Permanent Magnet DC Motor Based on Reduced Order Observer

Abstract
Aiming at the problem of cogging torque disturbance in low speed operation of permanent magnet DC torque motor,a low speed control scheme of permanent magnet DC torque motor based on reduced order observer and nonlinear complex controller was designed. Considering that the cogging torque is a fast time-varying interference and has periodic characteristics,a high-order model of nonlinear variable parameters was established. Based on the high order model of nonlinear variable parameters,a reduced order observer was designed to estimate the cogging torque and the robustness of the observer was analyzed. Then,a nonlinear complex controller was designed to control the speed to obtain a better control performance. Finally,the low-speed operation test of permanent magnet DC torque motor was carried out. The experimental results verify that the new control has high control precision.关键词
