Research on Z-source Stacked Matrix Converter
摘要
Abstract
A Z-source stacked matrix converter(ZS-SMC)topology for motor drives was proposed. Compared with conventional drive circuits in electric vehicle(EV),the proposed topology has lower cost,lower power dissipation, smaller total harmonic distortion(THD),and higher reliability. The operating principle and modulation method of ZS-SMC were described. The improved carrier phase disposition PWM modulation was analyzed and the carrier phase disposition PWM modulation with a zero-sequence component was used in the converter in order to increase the DC voltage utilization ratio. Finally,the validity and feasibility of the proposed converter and modulation strategies were verified by simulating drive circuit based on interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM).关键词
