一种宽范围零电压开关移相全桥变换器的研究
Research on a Wide Range ZVS Phase Shifted Full Bridge Converter
摘要
Abstract
A phase shifted full bridge converter with a wide range of zero voltage switching was studied ,which could be used to achieve soft switching in a wide load range. First,a detailed analysis of the working process of the phase shifted full bridge converter was given;secondly,the soft switching condition,the existence of the primary side circulation and lossless clamp absorption problems were in-depth discussed;finally,a prototype of 10 kW was built. The experimental research results show that the converter has more advantages,such as,it has a wide soft switching range,the primary side of the transformer without circulation,and the transformer secondary side voltage is clamped at the output voltage spikes,which will has a good application prospect in high power application.关键词
