Research Progress on Evaluation Indexes of Broiler Welfare
摘要
Abstract
With the development of high density and intensive animal husbandry, animal welfare issues is not optimistic, which seriously restricts the development of animal husbandry in China.This kind of production at the expense of animal welfare has caused adverse physiological and psychological responses to the growth of poultry, resulted in outbreak of respiratory tract diseases and ascites, and reduced the production performance, economic benefits and product quality.In recent years, more countries have increasingly attached importance to animal welfare issues.In this paper, the evaluation indexes of broiler welfare were summarized and analyzed, which was aimed at providing theoretical guidance for the establishment of poultry welfare evaluation system in our country, improving the welfare level of broiler breeding and promoting the healthy development of animal husbandry.关键词
