摘要

Abstract

Flavonoids compounds are widespread in nature and have a variety of biological functions such as anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiviral, antitumor, antioxygenation and so on.In recent years, clinical stud-ies and experiments have showed that flavonoids also play an important role in immune regulation.Flavonoids are able to express immune regulation by affecting immune organ, cellular immunity, humoral immunity and nonspecific immunity, and the immune related signal pathways [ nuclear factor-kappa B ( NF-κB) , Toll like receptor and mitogen-activated protein kinase ( MAPK) signaling pathway] .In order to provide research meth-ods and ideas for the research and development of traditional medicineand veterinary clinical immunology and the research of the immune regulation of flavonoids, we reviewed the immune regulation effect and mechanism of flavonoids on animals according to domestic and foreign literatures.
