Metabolomics and Its Application in Animal Nutrition
摘要
Abstract
Metabolomics is the comprehensive assessment of endogenous metabolites and attempts of using this technology are to separate, detect, characterize and quantify metabolites as well as their associated metabolic pathways from a biological sample, in view of this to reflect the nutritional metabolic changes, nutritional status and even the developmental degree of some diseases in the body.However, the research of metabolomics in an-imal nutrition is relatively late, and it is still at the initial stage, while with the continuous improvement of metabolomics research platform, the application value of this technology in animal nutrition will become in-creasingly prominent.This paper summarized the concept and characteristics of metabolomics, the analysis technique and its application in animal nutrition.关键词
