Abstract
Under the background of Chinese culture ,the influence of employee innovative behavior under the transformational leadership was studied ,then the mediating role of psychological empowerment in the process of impact was explored .With the method of questionnaire ,enterprise employees were taken as the research object from four cities Beijing ,Tianjin ,Shenyang and Dalian in the north area of China ,and an empirical analysis was made of 381 valid questionnaire data .The results showed that transformational leadership was respectively positively related to psychological empowerment and employee innovative behavior ;The psychological empowerment was positively related to employee innovative behavior ;Meanwhile psychological empowerment partially mediation between transformational leadership and employee innovative behavior .关键词
