一种改进的C类VCO振幅模型
An improved amplitude model of class-C VCO
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the accuracy of class-C VCO amplitude model and solve the problem that there is a large devia-tion between the amplitude value obtained from the traditional amplitude model and the actual amplitude value,an improved amplitude model is proposed.The intermediate function,the current efficiency formula and the amplitude formula show the complex function relationship among the performance parameters.Therefore,the relationship is present intuitively through Matlab programming and simulation analysis of the model.The theoretical analysis results of the previous traditional model and the improved model are compared with the simulation results of the actual circuit implemented in the RF 0.18 μm CMOS technology,which verifies the correctness of the proposed model.关键词
