Crystallization of Glass Based on MSC. Marc Secondary Development Function
摘要
Abstract
The crystallization of glass during the forming process has an important effect on the properties of the glass. The crystallization function of glass calendering was studied by using the secondary development function of MSC. Marc software. The subroutine interface and development method of MSC. Marc software were introduced. The corresponding UGRAIN subroutine was written by using the classical model of Unman crystal,and a case study was carried out. The approximate range of crystallization temperature in glass forming was deduced, and the relationship between undercooling and glass crystallization was analyzed. Which provides the basis for the optimization of glass rolling process parameters and the deepening of glass crystallization theory.关键词
